This half- day masterclass in training evaluation theory and practice will explain how proper evaluation of training can help you to improve organisational learning, invest wisely in training and protect or increase your learning budget.

The course will introduce the various models of training evaluation and explain their advantages and disadvantages and which model is suitable for evaluating which type of training.

The workshop will also show you how to calculate return on investment and to establish clear connections between training and ROI.
