COMMUNICATION AND ASSERTIVENESS SKILLS PART TWO
Effective communication and the confidence to stand up and be recognised are vital to the achievement of your personal and business goals.
This is true whether you are simply establishing your position and role within the workplace, seeking due recognition for you and your colleagues or making the most of your interaction with fellow team members, senior management and customers.
This one-day follow up course will help you to refresh the skills learned on part one of the Communication and Assertiveness Skills course and bring those skills to a higher level.
This will be achieved through exploring your preferred interpersonal and influencing styles.
These insights will greatly enhance your personal and professional effectiveness and greatly improve your communication skills.
