- Recognise how to become flexible within your own communication style and adapt for maximum benefit
- Develop a mindset of assertiveness in challenging situations where delivering ‘bad’ news or addressing poor performance may result in anger and / or communication breakdown.
- Master the language of influence and uncover the hidden power of linguistic persuasion and verbal influencers
- Learn negotiation techniques based on bonding, rapport and sleight of mouth
- Create and deliver meaningful messages using proven structures that will stimulate and engage your audience
