Course Description

REPORT WRITING WITH EDITING

In today’s highly competitive world, the ability to write  authoritative, tightly focused reports is more important than ever.

This course is customised to focus on the reports you write – whether it’s credit reports / papers or reports the Board.

On this highly practical course one-day course, you will gain the confidence and skills to create professional reports that make an impact and achieve your objectives. You will also learn how to use the power of language and layout to communicate your message to busy readers – including how to convey complex, technical information to non-technical readers.

To ensure the course meets your objectives and that you take away the required skills, it is essential that you bring along some of your own reports. These will be used in editing exercises (and can be redacted if necessary).

A former journalist with a proven track record in training in the private and public sectors, will guide you through the essential steps in the craft of report writing.
