Cancellation fees apply – 50% up to one month before the course commence date and 100% during the month preceding the course.

For in-house training, full payment must be received within 30 days of the course date.

All open course fees should be paid in advance of the course date, or by arrangement. Open course fees include lunch, refreshments throughout the day and course handouts.
