IMPROVE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Who you are as a person, what you think and feel, the beliefs and values that drive your actions and especially with others all matter to the people you must influence. This programme will guide managers on their journey to improve their people management skills and become great leaders.
This two-day people management programme will provide managers with an opportunity to develop a results-driven team by improving and adapting their existing people skills and harnessing the abilities of their team members.
The objective of this course is to teach participants the people management skills that achieve tangible commercial results. A highly experienced management training specialist teaches this dynamic two-day course providing practical advice on developing not only management style but also putting a strategic plan in place, identifying priorities and problems, dealing with team issues and nurturing an effective and highly-motivated team.
