INTERVIEWEE SKILLS – SUCCEED IN COMPETENCY-BASED INTERVIEWS
Competency-based recruitment processes can be a daunting experience – particularly for those who have not applied for a vacancy in the recent past.
Feedback received from hiring managers following interviews frequently highlights the need for candidates to prepare more thoroughly, to ‘sell-themselves’ more effectively and to provide evidence-based examples of their capabilities in writing and at interview.
Our Interviewee Skills programme is designed to provide practical support to individuals and groups at all levels.
The programme takes place over one-and-a-half days under the guidance of an experienced professional interviewer.
